Grey's Anatomy Finale
I am so pissed off. I missed the 2nd hour of the season finale of Grey's Anatomy. Here's what happened.
I watched the sunday night show as per usual. However, because the 2nd part was airing on Monday night, it screwed up my other usual TV watching. On Mondays I watch Prison Break and then 24. Well of course I watched the season finale of Prison Break, no problem. Then it gets tricky. I have to watch 24, since you cannot miss an episode. So I figured ok, I will watch the second hour of Grey's Anatomy and still manage to figure out what is happening. So I watch 24. But then for some unknown reason I forget that Grey's Anatomy is on and end up watching The Apprentice, which I never watch.
Afterwards I realized I had completely forgotten to watch it, but thought thats ok, my sister is taping it. Only she doesn't realize its 2 hours and only tapes the first hour.
So now I am piecing togethering what happened from the Grey's Anatomy message boards on ABC. Apparently, Denny is dead and died alone and Meredith and Derek had sex. That's all I have. From reading the message boards, people seem very angry that they killed off Denny. People are joking that the writers should pull a Dallas.
That's my sad tale of TV finales gone wrong.

In the second hour:
- Denny proposed again to Izzy.
- Izzy contemplated.
- Izzy says yes and is very happy.
- Richard (cheif of staff) interrogates each of the interns to try and discover what happened.
- They all stick together to protect Izzy.
- Richard decides they have to throw his niece (who is dying of cancer at the hospital) a faux prom, as she missed hers and everyone must attend.
- Meredith and Derek put down the dog.
- At the prom Mer yells at Derek for staring at her. Derek confess he can't get over her, they have sex.
- Denny dies of a blood clot.
- Izzy arrives after he dies (because she changes her dress 3 times to look perfect for him)
- George and Callie make up.
- Izzy breaks down, Alex and the gang comfort her.
- Izzy tells Richard it was her, and quits.
- The episode ends with Derrek walking one way, Chris O'Donnell's character the other and Meredith having to choose.
GREAT EPISODE!
OH I wish I would have known you didn't see it. We had it on tape but I just taped over it last night....or did I ....hmmm I'll have to check the tapes. I may just have that last hour still on tape. I'll let ya know!
