Happy Birthday Dave...belated

So anyone who knows me, knows that I love David Letterman. I have been a fan since very early on in his career and have been watching ever since.

Well yesterday, April 12th, was Dave's 59th birthday. I don't know how I managed to forget (must be my old age)...but nevertheless HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Dave! He had a very funny Top Ten list last night, entitled, Staffer Birthday Wishes for Me, Dave. You can read it for yourself at http://www.cbs.com/latenight/lateshow/.

Just as a footnote, by the end of this week, Dave will have hosted 4,353 Late Show and Late Night episodes and 4 Prime Time specials, just 178 shows shy of Johnny Carson's total. By next year Dave will surpass Carson in late night shows hosted.

I can't wait, Johnny would be proud.
